SHAMAN

ELEMENTAL

 

Earthen Rage: causes your most recently attacked target to take damage over 6 seconds.

 

Echo of the Elements: grants Lava Burst 2 charges.


Static Discharge: deals moderate damage to a single target over 3 seconds.

Aftershock: grants your spells a 25% chance to refund their Maelstrom cost.

 

Echoing Shock: deals moderate damage and causes your next damage or healing spell to be cast a second time 1 second later for free.


Elemental Blast: deals significant damage, generates 30 Maelstrom and increases your Critical Strike, Mastery or Haste by 3% for 10 seconds.

Spirit Wolf: grants you 5% increased movement speed and damage reduction every 1 second, stacking up to 4 times, while you are transformed into a Ghost Wolf.

 

Earth Shield: places a shield that heals its target for a small amount whenever they take damage. This heal can only occur once every few seconds, and has 9 charges.


Static Charge: is a new talent that reduces the cooldown of Capacitor Totem by 5 seconds for each enemy it stuns, up to a maximum of 20 seconds.

Master of the Elements: causes your Lava Burst to increase the damage of your next Nature, Physical or Frost spell by 20%.

 

Storm Elemental: replaces Fire Elemental. It summons an elemental for 30 seconds that deals significant damage and reduces the cast time of and the GCD incurred by your Lightning Boltand Chain Lightning by 3% each time you cast either spell, up to 20 times.


Liquid Magma Totem: summons a totem at the target location for 15 seconds that hurls liquid magma at a random nearby target every 1 sec, dealing Fire damage to all enemies within 8 yards.

Nature’s Guardian: heals you for 20% of your maximum health when your health is brought below 35%. It can only proc every 45 seconds. It does not proc if you take fatal damage.

 

Ancestral Guidance: converts 20% of your damage and healing done into healing on up to 3 nearby party and/or raid members. Lasts 10 seconds, with a 2-minute cooldown.


Wind Rush Totem: summons a totem for 15 seconds that increases the speed of allies within 10 yards by 60% for 5 seconds. The speed buff is continually refreshed as long as they are within range.

Surge of Power: causes Earth Shock to enhance your next spell cast within 15 seconds.

 

Primal Elementalist: grants your elementals 80% increased damage, new abilities, and the ability to control them directly. Notably, this talent grants your Earth Elemental the ability to cast Harden Skin, reducing your and your elemental's damage taken by 40% for 10 seconds.


Icefury: hurls frigid ice at the target, dealing high damage and causing your next 4 Frost Shock to deal 100% increased damage. It generates 15 Maelstrom, has a 2-second cast time and a 30-second cooldown.

Unlimited Power: grants 2% Haste for 10 seconds when one of your spells causes an Elemental Overload. This stacks, but gaining a stack does not refresh the duration of the previous stacks.

 

Stormkeeper: has a 1.5-second cast time and causes your next 2 Lightning Bolt OR Chain Lightning to be instant cast and trigger an additional Elemental Overload on every target hit. If you use the buff on Lightning Bolts, they will also do 150% more damage.


Ascendance: transforms you for 15 seconds, removing the cooldown from Lava Burst and transforming Chain Lightning into Lava Beam. The damage of Lava Burst is further increased by your Critical Strike chance while Ascendance is active. Ascendance has a 3-minute cooldown.

 

 

SHAMAN

ENHANCEMENT

 

Lashing Flames: causes your Lava Lash to leave a debuff on your target for 12 seconds, increasing the direct damage and DoT effect of your Flame Shock Shock by 100%.

 

Forceful Winds: causes each successive Windfury Attack within 15 seconds to increase all Windfury damage by 50%. This effect does not refresh itself.


Elemental Blast: is an active ability with a 12-second cooldown and 40-yard range. This deals heavy Elemental damage, and increases your Haste or Critical Strike by 3%, or your Mastery by 6% for 10 seconds. This has a 2-second cast time, but damage can be increased and cast time reduced via Maelstrom Weapon.

Stormflurry: grants Stormstrike a 25% chance to strike your target an additional time for 40% damage. This effect can chain off itself and triggers all on-hit effects.

 

Hot Hand: grants your melee auto-attacks with Flametongue Weapon imbued a 5% chance to trigger an 8-second buff, reducing the cooldown of Lava Lash by 75% and increasing its damage by 100%.

 

Ice Strike: an active ability with a 15-second cooldown (reduced by Haste). Deals moderate Frost damage, slows your target by 50% for 6 seconds and resets the cooldown of your Shock spells when cast.

Spirit Wolf: grants you 5% increased movement speed and damage reduction every 1 second, stacking up to 4 times, while you are transformed into a Ghost Wolf.

Elemental Assault: increases the damage of your Stormstrike by 15%, and causes it to always generate one additional stack of Maelstrom Weapon.

 

Hailstorm: causes each stack of Maelstrom Weapon you spend (on spells such as Lightning Bolt) to trigger a buff, causing your next Frost Shock cast to deal 35% additional damage and hit 1 extra target per stack.


Fire Nova: is an active ability with a 15-second cooldown, causing each of your active Flame Shock to erupt dealing low Fire damage to up to 6 targets around them.

Nature’s Guardian: heals you for 20% of your maximum health when your health is brought below 35%. It can only proc every 45 seconds. It does not proc if you take fatal damage.

 

Feral Lunge: is an 8-25 yard range charge that also does minor Physical damage. This is on a 30-second cooldown and a 0.5-second Global Cooldown.


Wind Rush Totem: summons a totem for 15 seconds that increases the speed of allies within 10 yards by 60% for 5 seconds. The speed buff is continually refreshed as long as they are within range.

Crashing Storm: causes Crash Lightning to also leave an electrified zone on the ground for 6 seconds, dealing low Nature damage to any target within it each second.

 

Stormkeeper: an active ability with a 1-minute cooldown that causes your next two Lightning Bolt or Chain Lightning casts to be instant and deal 150% increased damage. This has a 1.5-second cast, but can be made instant via Maelstrom Weapon.


Sundering: is an active ability with a 40-second cooldown that deals massive "FlameStrike" (Fire/Physical) damage in a line and incapacitates targets hit for 2 seconds.

Elemental Spirits: reduces the cooldown of Feral Spirit by 30 seconds, and causes you to spawn two wolves in any combination from a pool of 3 Elements.

 

Earthen Spike: deals heavy Physical damage and increases the Physical and Nature damage you do to the affected target by 20% for 10 seconds. Has a 20-second cooldown.


Ascendance: deals massive Nature damage around you when cast. It provides a 15 second buff that for the duration converts Stormstrike to Windstrike with a 66% reduced cooldown, and your auto attacks into Windlash. These both ignore armour and a 30-yard range.

 

 

SHAMAN

RESTORATION

 

Torrent: increases the initial heal from Riptide by 30%.

 

Undulation: causes every third Healing Wave or Healing Surge to heal for an additional 50%.


Unleash Life: heals a friendly target for a moderate amount and increases your next direct heal's potency by 35%.

Echo of the Elements: grants an additional charge to Riptide, Healing Stream Totem (or Cloudburst Totem, when talented), and Lava Burst.

 

Deluge: causes Chain Heal, Healing Wave and Healing Surge to heal for 20% more on targets that have Riptide or are standing within your Healing Rain.


Surge of Earth: consumes 3 charges of your active Earth Shield to heal allies near the shielded person for a small amount.

Spirit Wolf: grants you 5% increased movement speed and damage reduction every 1 second, stacking up to 4 times, while you are transformed into a Ghost Wolf.

 

Earthgrab Totem: places a totem up to 30 yards away that lasts for 20 seconds and roots enemies within 8 yards for 8 seconds. Enemies that were previously rooted by the totem are slowed by 50% instead, while inside its effect.


Static Charge: is a new talent that reduces the cooldown of Capacitor Totem by 5 seconds for each enemy it stuns, up to a maximum of 20 seconds.

Ancestral Vigor: causes targets healed by Healing Wave, Healing Surge, Chain Heal — any bounce hit counts — and Riptide direct heal to grant their targets 10% increased maximum health for 10 seconds.

 

Earthen Wall Totem: can be placed up to 30 yards away and redirects a flat amount of damage taken from nearby allies to the totem, which has the same total amount of health as you. It has a 1-minute cooldown.


Ancestral Protection Totem: lasts 30 seconds and grants two effects to allies within 20 yards of the totem: 10% increased maximum health and the ability to reincarnate at 20% health and Mana by consuming the totem.

Nature’s Guardian: heals you for 20% of your maximum health when your health is brought below 35%. It can only proc every 45 seconds. It does not proc if you take fatal damage.

 

Graceful Spirit: makes your Spiritwalker's Grace a 1-minute cooldown and increases your movement speed by 20% while Spiritwalker's Grace is active.


Wind Rush Totem: summons a totem for 15 seconds that increases the speed of allies within 10 yards by 60% for 5 seconds. The speed buff is continually refreshed as long as they are within range.

Flash Flood: reduces the casting time of your next healing spell by 20% after you consume a charge of Tidal Waves.

 

Downpour: heals up to 6 allies in a large targeting circle when cast. It has a variable cooldown that ranges from 5 seconds (hit nothing / no effective healing done on hits) to 35 seconds (6 hits with effective healing done).


Cloudburst Totem: replaces Healing Stream Totem when talented and places a totem beneath you that stores 30% of all spell healing and overhealing done while active. This healing is released up to 40 yards around you — not the totem — at the end of its 15-second duration.

High Tide: grants 20% extra healing and no decrease after each jump to your next two Chain Heal casts, every time you spend 40.000 Mana. This buff lasts for 25 seconds after you reach the 40.000 Mana threshold, and can thus safely be stored for situations where it is needed.

 

Wellspring: creates a wave of healing which hits all allies up to 30 yards in front of you, in a wide arc, with a 20-second cooldown.


Ascendance: causes a healing burst split among nearby allies when activated, lasts 15 seconds and causes all of your non-totem healing to be duplicated and evenly split between allies up to 20 yards around you.
